CG3000-2 STAUS struggling to create new IP and port for DVR camera

with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be
more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.

   Please, just describe what you're doing and what happens when you do
it.  Don't try to explain what it all means ("doesn't find", "the
firewall", "version 2 of Netgear", ...).

   How do you access this (unspecified) "DVR camera system" from a
system on your LAN?  Web browser?  (URL?)  App?  Other?
