CG3000D IP Flooding unchecked shuts down internet

Question

I have Time Warner internet service. &nbsp;Since I purchased this router my internet has been far from working at the appropriate 15 meg for websites and streaming. &nbsp;I've just kind of dealt with it.&nbsp;I found online that if I disable IP flooding by removing the check mark in the box that it runs a LOT smoother and faster.&nbsp;However, when I do this, shortly thereafter all of my devices lose the connection and cannot reconnect. &nbsp;I have to unplug the unit and reset it. &nbsp;Then I can connect and the same thing will happen again. &nbsp;If I don't want to continue to do this, I have to check the box for the IP flooding and all devices stay connected but I'm back to slow service.&nbsp;How can I correct this problem?&nbsp;&nbsp;

I ended up doing a hard reset and that corrected the problem. Please disergard.
