CG3000d no internet LAN and lights flashing
Installed the modem 4 months ago. This morning, the wireless and wired connects were inoperative. All 4 LAN LEDs are flashing, even though I only have connections on 1 & 2. WIFI and WPS LEDs blink occasionally. Other LEDs are on. Can't access software, since I can't access the router.
I tried rebooting, and Factory reset. No change. Any ideas?

Did you contact your ISP ask if they were having any issues in your area or check your modems connection?

Cox came out to check the lines and they are fine.
But the problem is that when I plug in the gateway, the four lights on the left (Power, Down Stream, Up Stream, and Internet) all blink on and off at the same time. The unit does nothing else. I've tried factory reset and it stays the same way. Are there other reset protocalls. or some way to restart it?
