CG3000Dv on Xfinity low WiFi speeds

Netgear CG3000DV.

Xifinity network. Wired speeds are 55-60mbps. Wireless speeds are 0- 20. Last few weeks there has been frequent signal drops on WiFi. Current speeds are 9.85 mbps intermittently( Wired speed 58 mbps). I have never got more than 20 mbps WiFi with this modem. I have done the following as requested by support.

Channel 11
802.11 mode upto 217 mbps

 

No improvement, problem persists.

    Hello AAUT

     

    The only other thing that might be causing slow Wifi is if you have a older device using 802.11 b or g on your network. If not then I would contact Netgear support back and see if this can be checked out and possibly RMA the modem and if you are renting it from comcast see if they can swap it out .
