Are you gaming on a console or PC? Have you tried to port forward? I would also check your ethernet cords make sure its not a issue with them since you said the PC shows disconnected alot.

As the OP says, I tried port forwarding without success. A port scan shows all ports as filtered, even when firewall is completely off and port forwarding is enabled.
I doubt it's an issue with the ethernet. Complete internet failure has only occured a couple times. I can browse the internet just fine, it just seems like something is blocking the connection to game and voice servers.

Just to rule out ethernet, I changed the cable to another one and the issue persists.

I turned NAT off and it works flawlessly, but obviously now my WiFi connection doesn't work.
Does that give you any clues onto the root cause of the issue?
