CHANGE NETWORK NAME ON MACBOOK
Just installed a new one.
On my Macbook it is listed as Netgear58 Network.
How do I rename it to something more specific??

First, a wireless-network name (SSID) is set on the wireless
(modem+)router, not "ON MACBOOK". The computer (or other device) simply
shows you the name which is configured on the router.Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Look for "Specify Basic WiFi
Settings". Further reading might not hurt, either.
