Changing router password
I need to change my router password. When I answer the security questions, it says my info doesn’t match the info in the router. Pretty sure I know the city I was born and my dads middle name but no netgear phone support is pissing me off. Any ideas out there?

The usual cure for a lost "admin" password is a settings reset (and
manual reconfiguration). Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your
model number, and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Look
for "Factory Settings".
I've never used it, so I know nothing, but Netgear's
password-recovery "feature" seems to generate some complaints.
