Circle with Disney causing internet disruption

I previously had a Netgear modem and used Circle with Disney successfully with it. Last month I just got a new modem (R7610) and since then Circle is acting up. Internet is turned off at random and I have to hard reboot the system before it is back on. This affects all devices, not just those 'managed' by Circle, including wired devices. Circle is this closed to being binned. What can I do?
