Has a reset on the modem been performed.
IF this doesn't seem to correct it, possible the modem may need to be replaced.

That was taken 30mins after a hard reset. . And this modem was replacement due to the tech taking a shot in the dark just because I’m not using there spectrum modem.
And it’s weird because there’s no errors in log except for one cm status event type code 24.. also speeds haven’t been an issue. . Just intermittent lag while gaming...or streaming other than that you wouldn’t notice it.
