CM 1000 modem downstream light blinking green

Help needed! The downstream light on my CM1000 modem starts blinking green out of nowhere; and I lost WiFi after it starts blinking. I’ve restarted modem many time but that doesn’t work. Can anyone help me with this issue?

    log into the cm1000 and get a screen snip of the cable connections page and the modem logs. 

    that lets us check the signal to the isp. 

    Also, if you have any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators in line, remove them.
