CM 1000 w/gigabit internet download speed decreased
Hello,
Had this modem for a little over a week and now download speed test on varies sites indicate +400 down. Had been getting +900. I reset the modem and the router, still same. Should I panic or wait and see later on today? I'm at work right now. The test were down early am, I always test first thing in the morning. Thanks for any suggestions. Upload is fine.
Never mind, after having Comcast check the modem signals and reprovison it. I connected my iMac directly to the modem and got gigbit speed so that ruled out the modem and pointed to the router. I did a factory restore to the router and......BOOM! gigbit speeds through my router.
