CM 1200 not showing ISP speeds
Hello!
I recently upgraded my Spectrum service to "Ultra" which is rated at 400Mbps download- minimum. I also pruchased a CM1200 modem to replace a C6300 Modem/Router, and the CM1200 installed without issue and was activated by Spectrum.
I am only seeing 100-130 Mbps download for wired devices, and only 100Mbps for wireless devices.
Spectrum says the 400 Mbps service is acctive.
How can I troubleshoot the issue?
This issue is now resolved - was not related to the CM1200.
