CM 2050V upload and download LED are dead
Any other owners of this model CM experience the LED fail for upload and download icon?
Sorry for the blurry pic. Is this hardware failure covered even though it is out of warranty?
I want to report that since I posted this my CM has been functional. I haven't had any issues with connectivity. This appears to be cosmetic.

How close is the modem to the Orbi 960router? Looks like inches. 3-6 feet distance in between is recommended.
Has a factory reset been performed yet?
Power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

IF the modem is working and the LEDs is all thats wrong, use it as is. Nothing can be done from a HW standpoint.

Yes, I have a similar issue. The LED for my internet connection has failed on my CM2050v just recently. I tried rebooting, etc. thinking that it was a connection problem but it turns out it is just a dead LED and I can still connect to the Internet. Just one of a few problems I have had with this modem.
