CM-500 Slow speeds, shows weak signal on ISP's end
Modem is CM500, Cox is ISP. MY speeds have dropped to half of capacity in the last month(down to 160mbps). Mac OSX 10.11.6, Apple Time Capsule router(2014). Have done all the power cycling, rebooting...

I'm not an expert at interpreting signal levels, but judging from what I know, they look ok. Sorry, I can't be of any more help.

Appreciate it anyway. Support says it ain't a hardware problem, and there's no way to prove it either. Hopefully it lasts...
