Cm1000 - ISP can not get current firmware from Netgear
Is there some Netgear internal resources that can reach out to my ISP to get the most current firmware for the CM1000?
https://kb.netgear.com/000036375/What-s-the-latest-firmware-version-of-my-NETGEAR-cable-modem-or-modem-router says that is V2.01.15.
My modem is past the support period and I can not open a ticket with Netgear. I am not paying extra money to do Netgear's and my ISPs job of keeping the firmware uptodate since it isn't a user accessable function. The ISP says that Netgear is non responsive to their request and have not provideded the most recent firmware as outlined in the KB article.
Their contact info is here : https://www.conwaycorp.com/support
Eric the internet support tech is familar with my request for the firmware update.
Thanks

Hello Jshute
Yes we have a form that the ISP can fill out in order to work with netgear for firmware updates. Just send them this link.
