What router are you using? If you directly connect a computer to the modem and use it, does your speed decrease?
- I tested it out on my PS4 Pro, none of my laptops have ethernet ports unfortunately.
- Plugging directly into the modem produces the same speeds as the router. It's a Linksys Router (AC1750)
When the speeds drop, do they resolve on their own or what do you do to fix it?
- I went to sleep one night and it was better in the morning (so I assumed an outage), but down again at night. I haven't found a workaround that works yet.
When the speeds drop, what do the logs show?
- This log was a speed drop one.

I would test with a PC or laptop with a LAN port. Game consoles are not the most accurate in reporting speed results.
Have the ISP check everything from there side up to the modem.
