CM1000 Cox Connection Issues (Help!)
I've been experiencing really bad connections with Cox Cable (Santa Barbara) since 4/15. At first the internet connection would go out around 10am every day, 4/15-4/17, and would come back on around...
Log into the modem and get its modem cable connection page. It shows a snap shot of the connection back to the isp of the uploads and downloads. make sure ot get all the info off the page and post it back here. its beneficial to go with the logs.
If you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators in line, i'd recommend removing them.
