Cm1000 diagnostics page does this look right

This is after Mediacom adjusted my signal because I kept dropping internet.  My dbmv shouldn't gradually go up?

      Looks like they cranked your power levels but that's it. You still have errors in your line, you're power is out of spec (should be within 3.5dbmv of each other), and you have unlocked channels on the downstream. The actual levels are within spec but they should be within so much of each other. 

      I'd check the line internal to your home yourself. remove splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators. Check the coax for kinks, damage, poor/loose/band connections.
