CM1000 Error code

I'm looking for any information rearding a reoccuring error code on this modem,  I can't seem to get the modem to accept the 1GB service and wondering if this code has something to do with it.

RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW;CM-MAC=78:d2:94:61:0c:e0;CMTS-MAC=00:42:5a:1d:4a:41;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;

 

Any help would be great, thanks!

    Contact the ISP and have then check the signal and line quality from there side up to the modem. 

    Ensure there is no coax line splitters between the ISP service box and the modem. 

     

    The ISP should know what his condition is and correct it.
