CM1000 How to stop daily reboot

Hello I need help troubleshooting why my modem restarts itself every day at a specific time. I'm not sure if it's because of a DHCP lease time or something else. Here are some log messages on my mode...

Same issue just started. I have the same firmware. What gives? Anyone got ideas?

    Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. 
    Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. 
    Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
