CM1000 Intermittent Connection Loss Daily

Hardware:
•Netgear CM1000 modem
•Google Neat Mesh Router/WiFi

Losing all internet multiple times a day - approx. 3-4 times a day. When killing the power to the modem and starting back up, everything works fine for a portion of the day.

I talked through all possibilities with Wow Internet provider and they ran all sorts of tests then stated everything is running great up to the modem and that it is a modem issue. Thoughts on a proper fix outside of having to drop connection a few times a day and resetting? Thank you, in advance!

    Easy check if its a modem issue. 

    directly connect a pc/laptop to the modem and use it. If its dropping 3-4x a day, you'll find out quickly if it is. 

    If it does, get a screen snip of the cable connection page and the event logs and post them back here.
