How, exactly? Did you contact Netgear, or some scam outfit who
claimed to offer "support" for your Netgear device?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot"?
- YamucheeFeb 24, 2021Aspirantis the legit person. I'm just confuse that if the device is not broken I could've reboot/reset it.. I tried unplug, nighthawk reboot, going to admin genie site to reboot and there seems to have no connection. I don't know what I'm looking for to be able to reset it myself. I'll definitely look at those links. any suggestion will help.

Be sure to check the other suggestions as well. Ask the ISP about this as well. Ask a friend for family member to help you out if needed that may have more experience.
