cm1000 keeps rebooting

Contact your ISP and have them check signals up to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in between the ISP service box and the modem.

Mine is doing it also but I can tell you for sure, you should be able to completely disconnect your cable altogether and still be able to log in to the router without it rebooting and with cable completely disconnected.
