CM1000 MDD message timeout
My ISP is xfinity, they said nothing wrong from their end. They send some signal not receiving proper response. I found this in the log: Can someone let me know it's device or wire issue? ...

you can check for bad ends/loose connections.
If there isn't any, then they would need to check the line

Any splitters, amplifiers, or signal attenuators in your cable line? If so remove them.
Preferably, move the modem to right where the coax enters the home. This prevents wiring/connections in the home from being the issues.
If that isn't an option, check the coax cable for kinks, damage, old/bad/cheap/corroded connections and remove them if you have them.

Thanks for replying,
It is the coax enters the home. No splitter or anything else.
I might need ask technician to come.
