CM1000 Modem Internet Connection drops Midco
Same problem as many. Disconnects hard and needs reboot to get internet back. Midco has checked connections and cables I can get close to a Gbps when it works but drops connection often. ...

This modem was only certified to work with Comcast does MIDco say this modem will work properly with there system?

- Smiley3303Mar 28, 2018StarYour response seems a little off since it says Xfinity and Cox right on the box but. Yes of course they approve it because it is on their approved list and they activated for me when I messaged them.
