CM1000 not connecting at gigabit speeds
I'm having problems with my gigabit connection, I'm just able to get 350 Mbps instead of 900+
I already reset the modem, did factory reset.
Nothing works.

RCN in NYC.
Yep according to them I should be getting gigabit speeds. But the max I get is 500mbps.
Connecting direct the modem to my desktop computer using an ASUS XG-C100C 10G Network Adapter PCI-E x4 Card.

What FW are you on?
this looks could probably be configfile/bootfile or a capacity issue. Have you tried any other RCN supplied modem and recieved close to 800-900 Mbps ?
- ossy43Jul 20, 2018AspirantNope, tried the Arris SB8200 and it was even slower...
- ossy43Jul 20, 2018AspirantI have 3.xxx firmware...

since you have tried 2 different retail modems from 2 different companies, I would err on it being RCN issue (boot file or capacity/signal issues)

do not see anything wrong in status message.
Only thing remains is the bootfile/config file.
