CM1000 not connecting at gigabit speeds

I'm having problems with my gigabit connection, I'm just able to get  350 Mbps instead of 900+ I already reset the modem, did factory reset. Nothing works.

since you have tried 2 different retail modems from 2 different companies, I would err on it being RCN issue (boot file or capacity/signal issues)
