Cm1000 not connecting with 3.1 channels

Modem is only working on the 3.0 channels and not opening up the 3.1 to allow gigabyte internet speeds happen. Does anyone know the reason why this might be or a setting. Possibly the modem itself is gone bad.

Do you have a screen snip of your modem's cable connection page?

    and the logs?

If you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators in line, i'd recommend removing them.

As well as directly connecting the coax where it enters the home so you can ensure wiring within the home isn't the issue.

Have you checked with your isp at all?

Rg11 from tap at pole to home no splitters just reduced to rg6 to modem all new lines. Mediacom tech showed me the channels only working on 3.0 and all 3.1 channels had no open signals coming through modem. I am going to do a hard factory reset on the modem when I get home. I’ll unplug the coax from modem then reset and keep power on then connect coax to retest all channels.
