CM1000, R6400v2 Cox - losing connection

My cable modem keeps resetting and losing connection. This was an intermittent problem until today, now it is constant. I've listed the wifi router as well, but the cable model disconnects whether the wifi is turned on or off.  Cox has already sent a reset signal but since I own the modem they won’t sent someone unless I replace with their model.  I've included a jpeg with the error log and downstream/upsteam (copy and pasting the upstream/downstream tables wasn't working), thanks for any help you can provide.

If you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators in the line-i'd remove them. also check all your connectors and cables. Basically, I'd remove anything other than right where the line enters your home and connect there. Then re-run the signal setup. Your signal and snr look good but thats just a brief snapshot in time and can be in error if you have other things in the line causes power changes.  Your logs make it look like something else is in the line and causing upstream issues.

Thank you. I have already dumped the one splitter on the line, I think there’s an attenuator outside I can remove that if this continues to be an issue.

Things are back up and running now. Not sure if I actually did something or not, though I had to spoof the MAC address to get the wireless back up. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

Thank you again for your time and help, it’s greatly appreciated.
