CM1000 Rebooting serveral times a day.
I loose internet connection serveral times a day. Watching the modem I notice it is rebooting. The firmware is Firmware Version V3.01.04 Looking at the logs they seems to be the same each time...

Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Try a different modem as a quick test to see if the problem continues or not. Try one from the ISP as a loner.
