CM1000 Spectrum ISP dropping every 5-30 minutes

Hooked up new Modem using the same connection I used for the spectrum modem no changes and everything worked fine for years except with 2 people working from home I wanted the multi channel upload.  ...

Do you have any splitters, attenuators, or amplifiers in line? if so, remove them. 

check all the connectors for loose/cheap/bad connections. Check the coax cable for kinks, damage, corrosion, etc. 

Preferrably, move the modem to right where the coax enters the home to prevent the wiring within the home being the issue. 

try it there. 

If it doesn't help, the isp needs to check the line based off your logs and cable connection info.
