CM1000: Upload light is red but download and upload work fine

Hi,

 

I have a new CM1000 Modem. I have activated it through Comcast and the internet connection appears just fine. I have tested the download and upload speeds and everything appears fine. But, the upload light on the front of the modem turns red and stays red while on. When resetting or turning the modem on, it is green, but once all lights are stable, it turns to red and remains red.

Does anyone have an idea what causes this?

    Is it RED or AMBER? I think it should be AMBER.

     

    Amber means, you modem is not bonded in US. 

     

    please post your power levels and event logs screenshot here.
