Cm1000 v2 getting same speed as cm600

Question

Hi,Upgraded from 400mb to 900mb service on xfinity and changed modem from cm600 to cm1000 v2. Download speeds are about the same , around 500mbps while upload is testing as expected around 25mbps. This is testing from a PC directly connected to the cm1000.

do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
Did you check with xfinity to see if they reprovisioned it for the faster speeds?
When people upgrade both package speed and modem, them only change the modem provisioning for the new modem and not the new speed.&nbsp;
