CM1000 v2 Modem drastically slows down my speed

So your speed tests are over wireless? (since you stated you didnt' have a device with an ethernet port)
What device are you using?
Are you testing over 2.4ghz or 5ghz?
What router are you using?
How do you know its the modem slowing the speeds and not the router?
- I have tested it on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. I have a nighthawk r7450 and i know its not the router because i had other modums like the arris sb6190 i believe it is called. It would reach the max potential speeds but because of the puma 6 chip it was really inconsistent. I’m honestly losing faith in the modum at this point.
until you directly connect to it to test JUST the modem, its tough to prove the modem is the issue.
