Cm1000 xfinity awful connection

I should be getting 600 mbps. I had no idea I was paying for that speed. The highest I’ve gotten is 200. That’s very rare. I’m usually sitting at 50 down and 10 up. It’s extremely hard to game as I keep disconnecting and get really high ping and packet loss.
