CM1000v2 all lights except link light flashing rapidly
My ISP can't communicate with the modem and power cycling doesn't fix it. I've tried a different power supply (12V, 2A). Also didn't fix it. Can someone at Netgear contact me for RMA?

The power led is green and flashing rapidly, the down stream, up stream, and online leds are orange and flashing rapidly, and the ethernet led is orange and solid.

sounds like a hardware failure.
Only thing I can recommend trying is disconnect the coax from the modem, then push and reset for up to 30 seconds.
Let it reboot and see if it still continues to do the same thing. If so, I'd be betting on hardware failure.
Is it in warranty?

Thank you, plemans. I tried the reset procedure you mentioned and get the same result. It is still under hardware warranty. Once I get to this point in the customer service support call troubleshooting steps, they hang up on me. Two times now.

Many times people start it wrong or get a number off google.
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support/RMA process.Hopefully thats how you were doing it.
