CM1000v2 Can't Access Modem Settings
Hi, kind of hoping someone may know why all of a sudden I can't access the CM1000v2 modem diagnostics page: 192.168.100.1
It won't load into the login screen and only times out. I performed a factory reset on it, twice, and as it went offline my phone was somehow able to get through... only for it to go to an error screen.
It boots up and seemingly resets its settings, reconnects, and still doesn't let me in.

Are you using an IOS device?
Make sure random IP/mac is disabled along with icloud relay.
I'd try a pc/laptop to access it.
are you direct connecting a device to it or trying to go through a router?
Type http://192.168.100.1 in your web browser and then login page will prompt. If your ip address is 192.168.100.1 then use your login details to access the admin page.
