cm1000v2 connect status good; no internet connection

Hello,   My current firmware is V10.01.07 but I'm with Cox Cable and it should be V1.01.03 (Cox approved firmware). How should I proceed?   Tony

When you reinstall, those would be beneficial to help troubleshoot.

Will re-install next Tuesday, July 9th, between 8am to 10am (GMT-5).
