CM1000v2 extremely slow upload speeds
Swtiched from a Comcast XB8 gateway that was not staying in "bridge" mode to my own CM1000v2. I'm getting the expected 750mbps download on a 1gig plan, but the uploads are crazy slow (5-6mbps). I've ...

Well power levels are are the low side but with in specs:

Correctables and Un-correctables are good.
Please post the Event Log data from that page.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem?

short CAT 6 cable directly from the LAN port on the CM1000v2 to the 1gig port on my Eero Pro v6 wifi router. Same results on the 2.5gig port. Using the Xfinity modem I was at least getting 100mbps upload, same cabling, coax, etc.

Speed test directly with a PC connected to the CM modem to compare speed results.
Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

I'm sure there is a splitter in the attic. Tested direct to modem and still at 6mbps. The thing I don't get is that it was getting 100-200, same cabling, same splitter, etc with the XB8 gateway. Got a tech coming out today, and there's some known issues in the area with some OFDMA channels with my neighbors, but the last tech out confirmed they were good on my line (he swapped me to a new port at their service). I will have him test the line going into the modem as well, as they only did it at the street/port last time. Just interesting to me to get different results out of different modems with this much difference. (of course I would expect it to be somewhat slower, but going from even 30-50 to 6 is pretty significant).

You'll need to check in with the ISP and tech. Have him review speeds at the modem with your PC.
