CM1000v2 extremely slow upload speeds

Well power levels are are the low side but with in specs:

Correctables and Un-correctables are good.
Please post the Event Log data from that page.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem?
I have noticed in this forum and on Reddit that many folks seem to be getting the same 6mbps on Comcast with these, which seems odd to me. I know it's not "next gen" capable, but 6 still seems pretty darn low.
