CM1000v2 intermittent internet drops

Internet has been disconnecting for periods of time, upstream consistently amber when the internet does want to work. Purchased a new coaxial and router to no avail. Only thing I can think of being the issue now is the modem itself. Spent some time on multiple forums and google searches with no real resolution or just threads with no more posts. Hopefully I listed everything that would be needed to educate me on my issue. Please advise!

 

Modem: Netgear CM1000v2

Router: Asus AX3000 (RT-AX58U)

Coaxial: Phillips PG6 25'
