I am curious about what constitutes high signal level.
There is one splitter on the cable when it comes into the house since one line use to go to a TV which I do not use. So the modem gets the main line coming in (after that one splitter that the ISP did install)
Nothing else attached to the line other than a connector box to extend the line.
