CM1000v2 only ethernet led lit

No power outages and no internet outages. Woke up to no internet this morning. Checked modem. Only LED lit is the amber ethernet LED. I have tried bypassing splitters. I have tried unplugging and turning off modem. Waiting minutes to see if it reboots. I have tried moving the modem to a different outlet. Nothing is working. The power LED won't even come on. I have tried factory reset. Nothing. I just bought this router a couple of months ago. Brand new. Do I just need to get a new one or what?

    Try using a different power adapter with same voltage and amp values seen on the CM power adpater.
