CM1100 - how to setup 2.4G and 5.0 G network

New to this site - can you provide how to setup 2.4Ghz and 5.0 Ghz network on CM1100 with ISP optimum?

    FYI, the CM series of modems do NOT have a built in router nor wifi. They are modems ONLY. 

    You'll need to connect a external wifi router to the CM modem for wifi and additional router functions.
