do you have a copy of the cable connections page (click on the internet icon on the page you attached) and the event logs?
That helps check the line.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.

Your line has errors but the logs tell us the long term connection issues.

Tech that came the first time around a month ago checked for all that and there were a couple things he changed :
1. There was too much slack in the cable box and the cable was bent in several areas2. We removed a splitter since I no longer have Xfinity TV
So if I understand correctly, in spite of those changes there are still issues with the cable line?

the logs help. You didn't include those.
The line power is in spec but there's errors. the logs tell us more about stability.
