CM1100 Cable Modem - 192.168.100.1/GenieLogin.asp is no longer accessible

I have used the built-in management web site on my CM1100 to reboot the modem for as long as I have had it.  Within the last week or so, the 192.168.100.1/GenieLogin.asp is no longer accessible.  The logon page is not found, and the IP address is not pingable.

I have power-cycled the modem several times and rebooted my router but nothing has helped.  No problem accessing the router management web site.  Internet access works fine.

Anybody have any thoughts on why this would suddenly stop working?

Thanks

What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem?

Has a Factory reset on the modem been performed yet?

      It's a Netgear NightHawk RAX120.

No, I have not done a factory reset on the modem.  How would that affect my Internet connection?  Would I need to contact Comcast to "re-activate" it?

      Thanks

Just resets the Modem and has it re-handshake with ISP services and clears out any odd modem issues. I would wire connect one wired PC to the back of the modem with out the router online and reset, then check web page access at 192.168.100.1.
