have you moved the modem to right where the coax comes into the home and connected it there?
Do you have a screen snip of the event logs?
- TtodegaardFeb 24, 2022AspirantThe modem had always been connected directly to the connection coming into the home, and the event log shows an error yesterday at 1:30pm, when the power flickered at my house, but the modem continued working fine until approximately 4am this morning.

- TtodegaardFeb 24, 2022AspirantNo, as I'm not able to access the device from my current location, but as I said before the only thing in the event log within the past month is an error from a power flicker over fourteen hours prior to the modem dying. It worked with no issues, after the power resumed, nothing shows in the event log since that point, just suddenly it stopped working and the serial number and Mac address updated to show dead01.
