have you moved the modem to right where the coax comes into the home and connected it there?
Do you have a screen snip of the event logs?

The modem had always been connected directly to the connection coming into the home, and the event log shows an error yesterday at 1:30pm, when the power flickered at my house, but the modem continued working fine until approximately 4am this morning.
