CM1100 Event Logs

Hello Everyone:

I am troubleshooting a CM1100 and I figured that the event logs may be handy. However, so far, there are never any log messages.

I have cleared and refreshed them - but no messages.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Is there only a limited set of certain conditions that produce log messages?

    What browser are you using? 

     

    Are you experiencing any problems with the modem? 

    Has a reset been performed?
