Nothing in the CM to set. LAG should be disabled is all. If you tested different PCs and such. I would presume the modem needs to be RMAd.

you dont need LAG for 60 Mbps.. LAG is for >1Gbps service.
Have you tried testing DIRECTLY to the modem?
What ethernet adapter do you use?
